Hey, I’m Ashley.
I’ve lived a few different lives, from world champion Professional bodybuilder to entertainer, from coach to monk. Each chapter looked different on the outside, but underneath, I was always searching for something more profound: truth, peace, purpose.
Like most people, I used to chase the external stuff. Trophies. Applause. Status. I thought if I could just achieve enough, I’d feel enough.
But that never really worked.
It wasn’t until I hit a low point, what some would call a dark night of the soul, that everything started to shift. I was living alone in Brisbane, disconnected from my family, unsure of who I was or in what direction to go next.
Then, during a breathwork session, I had a moment of clarity, a real gut feeling that said, “You’re meant to be a facilitator.” And for the first time, something just clicked. That was the moment I started taking this path seriously.

My journey hasn’t been a straight line.
It’s included tearing my lat while bodybuilding in St. Lucia, working in the adult entertainment industry, getting married and divorced, and walking away from OnlyFans when I knew it no longer aligned with who I was becoming.
I’ve made choices that looked right from the outside but didn’t feel right inside. And through all of that, I’ve learned how important it is to listen to your inner voice, even when it doesn’t make sense yet.
Living as a monk taught me a lot.
Mainly, that happiness isn’t something you find, it’s something you return to.
It taught me that my external world is just a reflection of my internal state, and the more I slowed down, the more life started aligning naturally.
Meditation became part of my daily rhythm.
I started letting go of attachments that were creating suffering.
And I began reconnecting with the deeper part of me that always knew I was here for more.

So what do I do now?
I help people do the inner work, the real stuff.
The kind that clears out old beliefs, shifts patterns, and reconnects you with the version of yourself that’s calm, clear, and aligned.
I blend coaching, breathwork, meditation, and mindset work to help people get unstuck and move forward, not just on paper but in a way that actually feels good.
Whether it’s 1:1 coaching, retreats, group sessions, or breathwork on the beach, I’m here to hold space, ask the right questions, and walk alongside you while you find your way back to yourself.
What I want you to know:
You’re not broken. You’re just disconnected.
And the more you reconnect with your mind, body, and spirit, the more everything starts to make sense again.
This work isn’t about becoming someone else.
It’s about remembering who you already are.
